CUMMING TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF CUMMING TOWNSHIP:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Cumming Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; the Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the
Township Clerk.
Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is April 21, 2025. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at 751 N. Morrison Rd, West Branch, MI 48661 (this address is registered with QVF) please call 989-225-1971 for an appointment.
The clerk will be available on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 8:00am – 4:00pm and on Election Day, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 7:00am – 8:00pm at the Cumming Township Hall, 751 N. Morrison Rd, West Branch, MI 48661.

Ballot Testing
Ballot Testing for the May 6, 2025 Special
Election will take place on Wednesday, April 23, at 5:00pm for the Preliminary Test, and immediately following for the Public Accuracy Test.

The Budget Workshop will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 6:30 pm. The workshop is
held to create the proposed 2025-2026 budget.
The Budget Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 6:30 pm. The Budget Hearing is held to approve the proposed 2025-2026 budget. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be the subject of this hearing.
